Check in time is 4:00 on day of arrival, check out is noon on departure day Friday- Friday

New renters will be arriving the afternoon of your departure, so please leave it in a clean condition you would expect to arrive to. We hope you have a great escape at our quaint cottage getaway. Enjoy your stay!

TERMS:

$250 SECURITY DEPOSIT (refundable) REQUIRED TO CONFIRM YOUR RENTAL DATE AND ACT AS A SECURITY/DAMAGES/HOUSEKEEPING DEPOSIT, MUST BE SENT BY ETRANSFER TO:

THIS $250 WILL BE HELD BACK FOR ANY DAMAGES/CLEAN UP COSTS/TIME INCURRED, WILL BE REFUNDED IF ALL IS FINE, AFTER COTTAGE IS “CLEARED”, WHEN DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED A RECEIPT WILL BE ISSUED TO YOU.  Your deposit will be refunded (typically within 3 days after stay) again via etransfer, provided everything is left as you found it, thanks!

FULL RENTAL FEE IS REQUIRED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, SENT BY, ETRANSFER, to: [email protected]

A reminder email will be sent for these funds, Any cancellations within 2 weeks of rental start day, will forfeit the $250 booking deposit previously sent.
